Return & Exchange

All Darch jewellery purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and jewellery that come into direct contact with the skin are not eligible for return or exchange, except if the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear unboxing video
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Your order details

Refunds

For an approved claim, any applicable refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by the DARCH team.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
